Ramanathan Karuppiah is a financial services and compliance executive with over 15 years of experience in AML/CTF, financial crime, and payments regulation. He has advised more than 200 financial institutions across Australia and previously served as CEO and Responsible Manager of Fly Wallet Pty Ltd, leading key licensing and compliance initiatives. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of AB Paterson College and has held board and academic roles with the Islamic Bank of Australia and Griffith University. He brings deep expertise in payments, stored value facilities, and financial crime risk management, supporting the growth of regulated wallet and rewards infrastructure.
